Opted out of the bowl game. I don’t blame him one bit but if we’re going by “rant standards” he’s a quitter.

Not just Clark I’m afraid.

His long speed is ridiculous for his size. He passed up DBs on several occasions while chasing down ball carriers this past year. I think his 40 will be great but his 60 would be even more impressive.

About that

Whatcha got to say?
He quit on this team.

They entered the bowl game with a 6-6 record, a W against a mediocre K State team would have kept the string of non-losing seasons running at over 20 yrs.

LSU actually produced 3 scores, 2 against their starters, with a WR at QB. If the defense came to play the way they did the second half of the season, LSU may win even with the offense being full of 3rd stringers.

Clark chose to bail out, and K State had a running back go for 146 yds at 7 yds a pop. He was the obvious missing piece on defense.

Absolutely robbed of the Butkus Award

Likely due to the overall poor record of the team, which is really unfair. He was outstanding. LSU normally wins with that kind of LB play, but the offense was as bad as I've ever seen at LSU.

It was a lame duck coaching staff going into a bowl game they didn’t deserve to be in with a team with 38 scholarship players. He has his entire future on the line.

If ever there were a case where it’s ok for a player with high draft potential to sit out, it’s this one.

That just means he quit for what most would consider a valid reason.

LSU was invited to play, and people dressed out. The game counts in the books. K State is 1-1 vs LSU alltime now.

All credit to the kid, he practiced enough where he got out of his own head. He was pretty bad the first couple of games and then just took off like a rocket.

Well to be fair to the Bama guy, he a running back never was a fantastic blocker, was just an ok guy at blocking. Predicting Clark to be in first round. What I dont see is why did Stingley enter the draft?? I cant figure that one out, like his stats were not mind blowing to say yah I want this dude
