I mean yeah, go to hell. But finishing that damn game tonight would have helped us out a bit.

There are 4 double-byes in the tourn.
Ole Miss is 4 we are 3, why would we want them to beat TN ?
is it not better for them to fall further behind us in case we stumble or ???

And they were #1 in the SEC in free throw percentage! Missed the one-in-one up by 1 with 18 seconds left. Would have made it very difficult on Tenn. to win that game if they make their free throws. Williams has that move to the basket down pat. Seen it against LSU and he did it again to Ole Miss. Tenn. dodged a bullet on that one. Oh well, we just need to WIN out! GEAUX TIGERS!!!

I am not a fan of kneeling during the anthem, but they were actually protesting against what they considered to be white supremacist on their campus. In fairness, that was the only way anyone would even know if the players cared because nobody has seen a highlight of Ole Miss basketball or interviewed their players since Gerald Glass put up 50+ on LSU. That was the same game LSU’s own original national anthem protester, Abdul-Rauf (formerly known as Chris Jackson), put up 50+. They scored 108 combined. Good times!

We are tied for first with tenn. The more Tenn loses, the better chance we have to win the SEC regular season

23 years ago LSU’s second or third most beloved basketball player (Pistol is one, but there seems to be debate about Shaq v. CJ) refused to stand for the National Anthem.

Ironically, when he was fined $31k per game his position on the flag immediately changed to being something he could stand for and he started standing two days later.

I knew there was a reason I didn't like him.

So the players are protesting the flag of the country that defeated the flag of the country that protesters are using? The players are protesting the flag of the country that makes it possible for the players (and the protesters) to protest?

No technically we’re 1.... plus we were already 3 games up with 3 games to go and the tie breaker on them. Worst we can finish is 3rd. We need UK and UT to drop a game. Winning the SEC is the biggest thing we can do for our resume now and an outright championship would mean even more

Why would LSU be #3 seed in the SEC Tournament? Currently they are a #1 seed.

One of them will as they play Saturday. So with a win Saturday versus Bama, at least a #2 looks even more likely. But if the winner of Tenn v UK this weekend loses another it's smooth sailing for the Tigers.
