He definitely did a lot for LSU but he also kind of underachieved, so I'm indifferent.

Dale Brown was a great coach. But he wasn’t elite. And he’s not worthy of sharing a court in the (new) house of Maravich.

I am all for it. Dale deserves the honor before he dies. People would still only think of LSU basketball as Pete Maravich without Dale Brown.

We all know Dale Brown. He was a great coach who got the chance to establish a legacy. Deserves all the accolades. However, we will remember him.

Apparently Dale Brown is mortal enemies with my neighbor (also was a collegiate basketball coach in LA) and it's absolutely hilarious to hear stories about it.
