re: Dak stats from 2013 (Posted on 9/20/14 at 12:03 am to pkf4lsu) That was one of his first (if not THE first) SEC game that he has ever played in. Yes, he has much improved over that time. I am not saying that LSU won't shut him down again, but to insinuate that he will repeat last year's underwhelming performance is always a recipe for failure. This is a new season, a more mature Dak Prescott with a whole season and some change under his belt...etc. I believe he is legit. With that said, I still believe the Tigers hold MSU to a max of 17 offensive points.

While I agree that he has improved, this will be his first game in tiger stadium. Young QBs usually struggle in loud hostile environments. I don't expect him to shine.

He didn't play that much.

11 games with 267 attempts isn't much?

He's as close to Tim Tebow as the SEC has had since Tebow. Good, powerful runner, and a good (but not great) college passer. The only difference is that he doesn't have nearly the supporting cast Tebow had at UF.

In MSU's offense, he's a very good player

Dak is talented but very inconsistent. He's been completely untested this year and likely not really "Hit". We need to punish him on every run he decides to take off on.

I think he's had a concussion or two. Wasn't that the reason he missed time late last year?

Sorry, but these numbers tell me that Tebow was a great college passer...sucked in the NFL, but has nothing to do with how good he was in college.
