My dad is 80 … he’s pretty spry for an old guy. Walks around and gets around with no issues. He was on a ladder on his roof a week ago…

I’ve been prepping him for idea of potentially coming to Omaha with me for a few months now. He always says that no no no, he is too old.

Well , I just got him to commit and accept the invite this afternoon. He’s coming. shite yeah!!! Let GEAUX Tigers!!!!

Yes cherish those moments. At least you have a father that enjoys doing things with his sons.

You need to get him an LSU jersey with 80 on the back and I AM frickING on the name plate. You will both drink free the entire trip. Hell, I'm willing to Venmo him twenty bucks right now.

My papa is same age and says the same thing. He’s never been to Omaha but he put me in Skip’s baseball camps growing up and is biggest reason for beginning my love of LSU baseball. Hoping he’ll finally cave and realize it’s worth it.

There's a video on YouTube when Morris hit the home run and the guy turns to his dad. Sadly he passed away not long after that I believe. Enjoy time with your dad.

That’s really great! But don’t let him get on that ladder again. If he falls he could easily break a hip, and that very often starts a downhill spiral. Speaking from experience.

Get him to do a bunch of Jell-O shots

We need him if we are going to break the Rebels record

My Dad and I made the trip 10 times. He was 83 the last trip in 2017. Great times.
