TCU has put an Anthony Jennings 10 spot on us. To imagine we have that to look forward to now, makes this worse.

I get that. They are a scrappy team, but talent wise, they are not even close to Florida or Vandy. They have taken advantage of our many many mistakes.

I'll keep on bringing him up. Mike martin has coached at FSU since 1980, he has never missed the post season, he has made it to Omaha 14 times, and the field is named after him, but he has NEVER won it all. Mike martin is arguably the best active coach in the NCAA. But I bet the rant would be calling for his head, simply because he didn't win it all.

That pitcher looks like a skeleton wrapped in duct tape.

That pitch locator as they were reviewing the ground balls was very telling. Everything outside was pulled. We haven't gone the other way with an outside pitch all day. Flying open on the front side

Ok. Let me rephrase. Expecting to COMPETE for a title. Our Tigers have not done that for 5 years, and we are seriously behind the 8 ball already this year. There was a time when we expected the team to make a deep run every 2 or 3 years.

Somehow I don't believe that.

that's what we did in 2013. This isn't over, this is one of those games that fell apart. I expect us to at-least have a close game tomorrow, I expect we win.

They have the best, deepest pitching staff in the country.

but the fact is, many fans are starting to accept the level of the program under Smoke
The program was going backwards under Smoke. It wasn't his performance in year's 1 and 2. It was the general trajectory of the program at the end. This should be obvious to anyone who honestly looks at the situation.

PM's 1 big year, SEC titles and better reg season performance are the only things that really separate them
That's crazy. If you can't see the difference in the health of the program under PM vs. Smoke then that is a reflection on you.

However, I will never go into the postseason EXPECTING a title under PM.
Welcome to the real world.
