It would be a good move for him. Brennan and Narcisse have a chance to be awesome here.

They have changed the offense if u didn’t get that from watching the spring game u are blind. Whether they can make it happen in the fall remains to be seen. I have more confidence in this staff than the previous

you got that from the spring game? All the contact and force? Blocking schemes? It is predicated on Play Action Pass and in order to do that you have to
A. Be able to show you can run. Or
B. Use the pass to set-up the run. AND
C. Do both against teams like Bama and UGA where your offensive line will get punished and your receivers can’t get off the LOS.

So far, NOTHING makes me believe these receivers can run good routes, catch at high point and get off. The difference between a Beckham and Landry was their elected route running and strength to get off the LOs.

So if you can’t have a consistent run game and those 3 seconds the receivers have to beat their man off the line isn’t done, the QB is a sitting duck because they will hold his arse in the pocket until it collapses.

This team isn’t geared for a lot of HUNH or RPO as the TEs and tackles will not survive the entire game in that type of offense.

As it has been said by MANY MANY of you on here Moffitt is way overrated.

YET OUR OFFENSE STILL HAD TO RELY ON 4* Danny Etling to lose 4 games last season.

Wait, you're saying Etling lost 4 games last year? Yup, full retard right here.

I loved Etling and supported him all along. My point was a 4* QB ie Brennan, Narcisse, Burrows, isn’t going to fix ANYTHING.
The “offense” isn’t fixed and worse you’ve got ZERO proven running backs you fricking bitch. But hey, way to take it out of context and spin it your way.

I’m shocked he’s stayed around this long.

Sad it didn't work out for McMillan, as I know he has worked his tail off. But, this guy too good to pass up on. And this will just mean more reps for Narcisse/Brennan which they will need. I really like both of them and can't wait to see what they can do post Burrow. They just need more time.

I would like to see JM stay and be the backup this year while redshirting Brennan. Narcisse in special packages for playing time.

I don't blame the kid, I would be pissed to, he's been a team player since he's been there and has done everything asked. No one knows how he would have done, so the screwed up comments are just wrong. He's worked hard and deserved the chance to start.

Who cares. It's just win baby. McMillian starts LSU has a losing season.

Running backs become much less important when you have a good QB who can distribute the ball accurately.

That aside, CEH will be special.

He probably should. He gave it a fair shot.

Narcisse and Brennan should fight it out

I don't understand why he would leave. He looked like the best of the 3 in the spring game. Burrow will likely start, but if he doesn't produce (and we don't know what he will do in a new offense), then McMillan would probably play pretty early on. Most places don't have QB situations as bad as LSU for whatever reason, so transferring does not guarantee playing time.

Well he's got to find somewhere to land, some place where he can start immediately. It'll be interesting to see where he goes.

Yeah I mean what’s stopping him from simply playing CB or nose tackle??
