Funny, but is that really true? I'm sure at least some of the Oregon fans drive RV's to the games.
Right Duck fans?

I know you posted this awhile back but this is where you lost the Oregon fans. Your cooking a breakfast item because you started the day before,(partying), they don't get there until the day of the game.
Don't kid yourself, getting there the day of the game? I usually get there 10 mins before the game starts. What some people do not get is A)you can be a CF fanatic and B)have a life outside of football. C)It really only comes down to the game. Don't believe me, ask Old Myth who claims to may not win a game but never loose a party. They only just say that because their team sucks, lol. I guess when a team sucks one has to fall back on something to cheer ya up.

Oregon is going to run on LSU, and they'll do it well. We don't have the same size and strength at defensive tackle that Auburn had against Oregon last year. Fairley was in the backfield all night.
However, I do think LSU has enough depth up front to be able to minimize Oregon's pace advantage, unlike Tennessee in the 2nd half against Oregon last year.
But still, LSU will score early and often. Oregon's defense isn't as good as it was last year, and they may have some suspensions as well. I'm thinking something along the lines of 38-29 LSU.

You got it right, slick!
The 38 points ... Auburn had 500+ yards offense on them ... and they're dropping a notch this year
No way in hell they score 29 ... they won't even sniff 20

First game for both teams and it will be close.

If message board posts were anything to go by, I would say Oregon would shock LSU, as the fans here are definitely taking them lightly.
Seriously though, Oregon never seems to play well in their first big OOC game. That trend favors LSU, although to be honest the same could be said for LSU. They were very fortunate not to lose to UNC last season; Oregon is much better than UNC.
I think LSU's defense will hold Oregon under their average from last year, but Oregon will score points: More than 17, as some have predicted. If Oregon scores more than 30, I don't see LSU's offense keeping up.
LSU must have at least 15 points from any combination of defense/special teams to have a chance to win the game. I don't think LSU's offense is going to be very good/effective.

Where to start? Well first of all, when you use letters to itemize points, you usually make points. It looks like a) you just put letters in your sentence b) because you suck at grammar c) insert ridiculous comment here.
And you just contradicted yourself by saying that there were more important things than tailgating, then you use Ole.Miss as an example by saying all they care about is tailgating. You have added a new term to the English dictionary- ducktard

Not me. I will be ecstatic with a 1 point victory.

I don't expect a beat down, it's not Mile's football, it will come down to the end, either a gut wrenching win or loss. It's Miles' style.

You know damn well we let our foot off the gas and put in the second string. GTFO with that shite. That game will have no bearing on this one and it is a crappy example.

Really? I think this might be your worst post ever.

We're going to score a lot more than that. If you don't believe it, you didn't watch our last three games of the season.

Sorry, you cannot show up 15 minutes before the game and be a "fanatic".
CEOs, senior partners, lawyers, doctors, Senators and Congressmen clear their schedules on Saturdays in the Fall in Louisiana. It isn't a bunch of poor people tailgating outside Death Valley: a real tailgate is fricking expensive.
Football "fans" in other conferences simply aren't on the same level as the SEC, much less LSU.
As to the OP: LSU wins by 10 but the game isn't really as close as it looks. The Tigers will own the trenches and the secondary will shut down any attempt at a passing game.
JJ will be mediocre. RR will catch 2TDs. Ware will tear it up.

you would think for someone that has played the superior intellect card on this site since your arrival that after being reminded the first dozen times by numerous posters that it is spelled lose not loose you would remember...

I'm looking for a close game, 27-24 either way.

I'll be in Dallas but will pass on the sodomy part of the festivities. Because LSU will have to score a significant amount of points to pull it out, I'm not going to predict a blowout.

Yes, but you weren't blowing people out. The point is whether this will be a beat down. It won't happen if you're one dimensional.

IMO It will be a close game
