Criticism of CLM

This opinion refers only to CLM's performance as the head coach at LSU. Some take umbrage at criticism of CLM despite his laudable record at LSU which may be the best in the school's history for a football coach. Ironically, that is part of his problem. Agree or not, the calumny directed at him is related to his record compared to Nick Saban. It is as simple as that.
Many point to LSU's 13-0 regular season record last year to buffer the dissatisfaction some have expressed about details of many of Miles's decisions over the past seven years-especially the absolutely perfect coaching disaster that was the MNC game. I think much of this displeasure is completely justified because over this time, LSU has been second fiddle to Saban and Alabama.

Thank you for taking the time to post this original and thought provoking message. I wonder why nobody has thought of any of this before. With all of the people that come here to share their ideas and feelings, no one has mentioned any of this. I am stunned at your sudden explosion of brilliance. It is sort of a Big Bang moment in the universe of LSU football.
