Dual threats give arky fits. They have been lucky by not facing many.

Their luck runs out in 10 days

West Virginia put up 21 and Wilson > Geno.
It's not outlandish.

We SHOULD be able to run all day on Arky....but I'm thinking we won't get many yards on the ground in the first half. We will need to throw on first down to open up the running game.

LSU will man handle Arkansas. The hogs are soft in the trenches. Blowout City.

I am not worried about arky.

I am worried about Georgia.

I do think that Arkansas will prove a real test for most of the game. In the end I'd expect LSU's depth and better defense to pull ahead for keeps. I would'nt be surprised if it doesn't track similarly to the Oregon game.

watched UGA all year and they havent beaten anybody

On this 8 game win streak, they have beaten the likes of:

Coastal Carolina and NM St
Vandy
FL
Ole Miss and Miss St
TN
Auburn

Very bad competition along the way. Murray can play and the defense has improved, but the numbers are inflated due to the competition.

Arkansas is playing their best ball of the year right now. LSU will have to play really well to beat them.

eh, that's debatable. they put up a lot of points against UT, but they nearly lost to vandy and ole miss the previous two games. i wouldn't call that playing their best ball. still worried about arkansas though

Ark has not looked good on the road all season. They only have to play five on the road.

Bama stomped them.

Tex AM made them look average (Aggies were up 18 at the half. Arky took its first lead with less than 2 mins to play. This game had a TD fumble recovery for Arky).

Old Miss made it too darn close. Arky was down by 17 at one point.

It took a 93 yard TD fumble recovery AND a missed field goal by Vandy to win that game.

QB is less than road tested.

Regardless, all we have to do is win by one though one hundred would suit me just fine also.

Our whole team could have the flu and we'd still beat Ole Miss by 20. We'll beat Ark by 2 TDs.

I'm okay with that. At least he didn't say he thought arky would win

I'm fine with a close win. That said, if the tigers D can keep the Hogs from throwing on them, I think that the O line wears them down in the 2nd half.

Piggies have a dark secret! They play like shite on the road!

It ain't really a secret. On the other hand we seem to do OK in Baton Rouge for some odd reason.

Why hate on Cowherd? I love it when people underestimate the Tigers. Only LSU can be number 1 in the polls and still be an underdog!

So you consider 1-5 in your last 6 trips to Baton Rouge to be doing ok? I'm glad LSU's standards and expectations are higher than Arkansas's.

Another angle is what Arky team shows up. They are very trendy of playing up to competition (Bama) and playing down as well (Ole Miss and Vandy).
