If somehow Ole Miss has a good season and bumps us out of CFP, LSU suffers significant financial damages due to SEC’s selective enforcement.

Fight fire with fire.

We shouldn't sue anyone unless we get kicked out.

And the better case is Bediako. The SEC publicly said they don't think he should be allowed to play, he played under protection of a TRO, and nothing happened to Bama.

And then we should sue everyone. Literally everyone.

And rat on them too.

A countersuit would be a slam dunk win for LSU.

Only in Sankey’s head can he rationalize ignoring one LEGAL statute while fighting another. The law doesn’t differentiate.

I believe the damages will approach 1 Billion dollars in lost current and future revenues

I disagree. I believe that a countersuit is necessary. The SEC has gone out of its way to besmirch LSUs reputation, and today fired another shot.

Yes, and everything he points out about how the SEC has singled out LSU while doing nothing to those other schools is spot on. I'm waiting for a countersuit to be filed against the SEC.

Well written. Less aggressive than I would like though.

That is not a better case.

It is exactly what is happening with Chambliss at Ole Miss.
