OLine has 1 freshmen playing and 4 people in their 3/4/5th year.

That's not young.

You could say depth is an issue because they should all be back ups.

Edit: had to add a not.

You just crapped on a major Pro-O narrative. Get ready.

so we’re just going to ignore the ones that were here but left?

i guess you have to ignore them if you want to blame Les instead of the guy that was actually employed by LSU when they left.

I don't know if he could make this team win a title, but I feel confident saying he would not have this team lose by 30 to Mississippi State.

We wouldn't be in this position depth wise under tProcess.

The shitty assistant coaches that let us down in recruiting also wouldn't have been here.

Sign 4 of the best OL and 4 of the best DL in the nation for next year

He went 8-4 and 6-6 his first year at LSU and Bama, followed by conference and divisional titiles. Top 3 classes entered both programs in those second seasons

Jimmys and Joes

LSU 01 class: big time contributors
-Hill
-Spears
-Oliver
-Whitworth
-Niswanger

Bama 08 class: big time contributors
-Dareus
-Square
-Cody
-Jones
-Love

LSU 2014 (still contributing)
-Clapp
-Brumfield
-Godchaux (early entry)

LSU 2015 (still contributing)
-Key * (olb but signed as DE)
-Weathersby
-Magee

Where's the beef?

If we had Saban, we wouldn't have to play against Saban, so we almost certainly win more games this year.

Sit KJ and give young bucks a chance. Can't do much worse. Get em quality reps and maybe if KJ and Toby watch for a while then maybe tbey step up. These veterans on this years team have been disappointing. Keep going with the youth movement. Kirby did it last year. Now they've made a big step towards challenging Bama as the #2 team. He lost 6 games I believe his first year. Take time my fellow tiger fans ! Let O have a fair shot!!

Nope. Young bucks need time. And we need fehoko and shelvin able to play. Then we may have something. Right now those 2 replacing CL & GG on the roster is a sigh of relief.

5 offensive linemen transferred. They all can't start, so it seems they did have depth there, until Ed became head coach.

On the dline, you have injuries, a 5* that hasn't played a down and a star player that has a gut and gives up on plays.

All this happened on o's watch.

He's not a quick fix guy. He'd kick some kids off the team and fire some coaches like he did in '07. So no, he wouldn't win any more games that O. Aight.

Obviously, Saban doesn't have a magic wand and I like our DC better than his. Thus, my guess is Saban wouldn't do any better or any worse in the same situation. Of course, the coach O haters on the board may pitch a fit at my response.

Wait... there would be increased attrition with Saban taking over? I wonder if that's happened before with him at a new school...hmmmm

Lmao. You are seriously that stupid to believe he is a good. He has had what, 8 straight #1 recruiting classes? He has a very significant advantage over every single team he plays in terms of talent. One would think that combined with that god like coaching, he would never lose. Hmmm
