Go back and watch the end of the A&M game last year. When O comes onto the field Raymond runs up and hugs him. I swear I thought a homeless person had run onto the field. I’m dead serious. Embarrassing.

Dude was just punching the clock and collecting a check the last few years. Guy was a joke and half the Rant wanted him to be the next head coach.

I don’t know about HC, but many were pushing for him to be DC. He completely fell off after his safety coaching role was taken away. Our corners have been a joke the last two years. This is all on top of him strong arming the AD every offseason for more money. Glad we finally told him to walk.

There was a sizable portion of the fan base who needed tampons when he walked / was shown the door. His annual flirtation for dollars was old and even Aranda saw issues with his coaching (hence the Bill Busch hire).
Sad in a way because of his ability to bring in recruits but started slipping in that department too. Either way, Frank is an upgrade in recruiting— and Louisiana will never hurt for DBs.

Anybody notice how Raymond had absolutely ZERO EFFECT in fixing the Chinese Fire Drill in the Secondary in 2020. (Which I mentioned several times on here during the season)
He's just another "Used Car Salesman Recruiter" that's weak at actual coaching a la Mickey Joesph.

No secret, Dave Aranda asked to bring in safeties coach because he wasn't getting it done. Fulton's dad said he is a great coach of the CB position. But he's pretty average at actually recruiting the last few years. And he shat the bed with how he managed the room
