Raymond seems like a great hire...but the only info. I have on him is from here. Be interested to hear what Hanagriff says tomorrow. I like Hanagriff, and don't care if "you" don't.

guessing when it looked like numerous guys were interviewing and raymond's name came up, he had to give the NU press something in case he didn't get the job. If he got it then he could always just claim a change of heart, its better than looking like you were job hunting....I guess

Seems to me LSU knew who their guy was before Cooper left. This has me believing it was in the works but they couldn't officially interview until Cooper was gone.

All Head coaches have a list of all coaches they would like to try to obtain if one of their staff leaves. Also, if I were an assistant somewhere and would like to come to LSU, I would let the Head coach know........
