I have no clue how this will turn out and no one on here does either.. It's kinda like life you gotta let it play out.. I will say that his track record of diagnosing and developing linebacker talent is rather superb
People want to point to the fact that he ran UA's linebacker unit. But that isn't a positive in the least bit. We waited two weeks for this hire and ended up with this. It's absurd.

Alabama has been producing elite LBs since before he was there and will continue to do so once he's gone. He shouldn't get credit for that

Im kinda excited to see how he uses our LBs to rush the passer. shite we havent had any DL pressure in 2 years.

Les is daring joe alleva to fire him. this has to be the only reason to make such a fricking shitty hire. This is worse than promoting from within in 08, at least with that we had a reasonable excuse of trying to keep the system in place.
