Concession Rant

Ib4 we eat at the tailgate and don’t use them. Ib4 our tickets are in the Stadium Club. Yes us too but for what we sold them for we paid for the whole weekend and then some.. BUT …

My wife and I didn’t plan a big tailgate. More like a picnic with a few drinks and a tv and a Bluetooth speaker. People watched and drank and ate our little snacks and visited with our neighbors. It was a good time, and we packed accordingly.

THEN the rain came and we had nothing to do but sit in the car and drink the rest of our beer for 2 more hours. We ran out of beer and resorted to bourbon by 7:00.
No worries we’d just grab a beer and a water when we get inside. Hence why we were in the gargantuan lines. The workers sucked. They came across to me as persons working off community service hours in lieu of jail time. They moved with a quickness that you only see at the DMV and/or a place where a new worker has never worked (like the new guy at Popeyes who’s always slower than shite). But then last night I saw shite I’ve never seen before - the check out guy with the little credit card machine was letting his “buddies” cut the massive 25 minute line straight to the beer and leave. When some irate ladies in front of me confronted the gentleman, he acted like he didn’t do anything wrong. Not to mention they were out of everything and pregame hadn’t even started yet.

TLDR: should have brought more beer didn’t expect a 2 hour parking lot delay. Concessions suck and the vendor should be fired.
