Are you saying that's an error or are you questioning their worthiness for these awards?

Brad Wing also got the coveted "Most Likely to Bang Your Daughter" award ... very prestigious.

AFCA is stupid. How is a Heisman finalist at his position not a 1st team all american? Dude is considered defensive POY by other polls. Ridiculous.
TM7 also has special teams mixed in with his Heisman nomination.

As much as I want the Tigers to get honors and award, I hope they don't win any awards until after the BCS game. I want them to stay hungry.

Lets hope and pray that the Tigers don't become complacent and end up like Oklahoma when we beat them for NC in 2003/2004.

What about the Walter camp all America team TM7 and Mo were recognized for at the end of the show last night? The list said Walter camp finalist, didn't know if that was the same thing or not.

I think you accidently list Mathieu as SEC Player of the Year (Rivals.com) twice. He obviously thought he deserved it 2 times so he took the award again. ha ha.

Alleman will be a Groza kicker next year I think.
We were just so dominant we didn't need him much this year

Which All-American list is the most "official?" AP?
ETA:
quote:
As of 2009, the NCAA recognizes the All-America teams selected by the AP, AFCA, FWAA, Sporting News, and the WCFF to determine consensus All-Americans. At least three of these organizations have to select a player in order for him to receive the "consensus" honor. If a player is named an All-American by all five organizations, he receives the "unanimous consensus" status.
