Used current rankings as I'm too lazy to look at rankings at the time of the game.

Jayden Daniels vs #4 Florida State

22/37
346 yards
1 touchdown
1 interception
15 carries, 64 yards

Jayden Daniels vs #13 Ole Miss

27/36
414 yards
4 touchdowns
15 carries, 101 yards, 1 rushing touchdown

Jayden Daniels vs #8 Alabama

15/24
219 yards
2 touchdowns
1 interception
11 carries, 163 yards 1 rushing touchdown

Michael Penix vs unranked Arizona State

27/42
275 yards
0 touchdowns
2 interceptions
2 carries, -1 yards

Michael Penix vs unranked USC

22/30
256 yards
2 touchdowns
1 interception
3 carries, -4 yards

Bo Nix vs #16 Utah

24/31
248 yards
2 touchdowns
0 interceptions
4 carries, 8 yards

Bo Nix vs unranked Colorado

28/33
276 yards
3 touchdowns
1 interception
5 carries, 9 yards, 1 rushing touchdown

Bo Nix vs unranked Washington State

18/25
293 yards
2 touchdowns
0 interceptions

Ole Miss was in no way a bad game for Daniels.

He was amazing and damn near won the game on a 39 second drive.

That was just god awful defense

I see it still chaps your arse that Daniels has been the best QB in CFB this year.

Daniels was great against Ole Miss and Bama. He clearly had some very good moments and moved the ball well against FSU, but he looked a little like last year with being hesitant to let it fly.
But he still put up damn good numbers. Our coaching and D was really bad that game and our WRs didn't play well either.

Daniels' lowest output was in the two non-conference cupcakes where he didn't play much, so his numbers are even more impressive because his big stats have come against the better teams on LSU's schedule and not the cupcakes.

Tebow, RGIII, Lamar. I'm sure the talking heads you listen to didn't think they should win it either

Basically any argument for Penix/Nix is that they deserve the Heisman simply because their team has a better defense.

That's it.

Why when talking about players with multiple losses but won the heisman is Manziel always left out?

You know what Manziel, Tebow and RG3 have in common? They all sucked in the NFL. Jackson has won the MVP but hasn’t won shite for his team.

So it's an individual award or team award?

I didn't realize the Heisman was a team award.

And this is the main problem, perception that JD is inadequate because of win/loss record of team.

Now ask the relevant question, which one of the QB's mentioned that your team would be more concerned to face.
