Flock admitted that their cameras take pictures of car and driver and put those pictures in their database. The cameras are not only tracking the vehicle but also the driver. But it’s a good point that they might do more, honestly I don’t know exactly what that may entail, but if im going to be realistic and honest (with myself, because you think im lying to you):

Self I’d say: am I walking around with a gps and microphone connected to my body 24/7? Is my house fully compromised were someone to want to abuse something like that? Self, are you concerned about these stationary things on the highway that the usual suspects are now all of sudden trying to work people into a frenzy about? Nah, in relation to other technological advances that a bad actor could abuse were they to choose to do so, I’d rate those camera polls as basically 100% irrelevant

Then I’d go, I wonder how many criminals and or illegals are being caught with the assistance of these things? I’d probably look it up. And I’d probably be suspicious of the people who are seemingly always trying to obstruct those tasks
