Hate to say it, but it really was a big let down. Most of UT folks will never see it this way, as most of them have never been to an SEC stadium (about 95+% of them)...so you can't expect them to "get it".

OU

I say add:
A/M
UT
Bama
UF
Not the stadium, but the tailgate Ole Miss
And I plan on going to Arky this year.

ND was worth it. I saw them play the Buckeyes I believe in 95 for a loss (it was after the Fl. State NC robbery). During a punt return for a touchdown by ND (called back of course), the entire student section started collapsing over each other in the bleachers like a tidal wave. Their fans rival ours for the level of drunkeness. Decent tailgating and nice tradition.

I have no real interest in seeing these other stadiums unless LSU is playing there or its a big rivalry game. But I would love to attend a FSU/Florida game either at the Swamp or Doak Campbell when both teams are good (like back in the late 90's).

Very quiet and calm atmosphere. Maybe it's the 3.0 beer they drink here.

I'd love to see Penn State vs Ohio State at Happy Valley And I'll wait for The U and FSU to get better and see one of those at Doak Campbell

Go late in the season. Doak Campbell is unbearable in Sept. & early Oct. since they added all those bricks. Whose frickin idea was that?

been there

horrible seating, concourses, and not as "magical" as I was told

Ben Hill Griffin Florida Field was pretty neat

Bryant Denny was great both times I went, and I see that they've improved it again

The Big House is just :meh:
Seats are crammed, the isles are skinny and few and far between. Also, the outside of the stadium isn't anything spectacular at all.

If you're going to make a game at the Shoe before you die, make sure it's a 3:30 start time or later. Noon games suck horribly and the crowd is always ten times better for a 3:30 or 8pm start time.

FWIW, I want to make a night game at Beaver Stadium(white-out preffered), Tiger Stadium, Neyland(will hopefully be making that in our home/home) and the Rose Bowl.

I'd also like to make it up to Madison, Florida to see the atmosphere(stadium's ugly) and Autzen to see how loud it really gets.

Tennesee sucked. Tiger stadium would hold 120,000 if they sat as close together as they do at neyland stadium.

I've been told before that The Big House would fit inside of Ohio Stadium.
