Congrats to the Cajuns on their regular season. Wichita St basketball had a great regular season as well.

Don't really care if you understand it. Where do you see me bitching in this thread? Grew up a tiger fan and also like the Cajuns. The 2 teams rarely compete for recruits nor do they usually have the same type of goals. They really have no impact on each other so there is no reason i shouldn't be a fan of both. Not like living in Alabama and saying i'm a fan of bama and auburn.

And where did I say you personally were bitching? It was general statement to ULL fans that get butthurt as the frick whenever they feel even vaguely slighted by LSU fans, namely Cajun8.
It's OK for you to cheer for both teams, just like it's OK for someone to cheer for LSU, while not really caring one bit about ULL (see: me)

There is a difference between hate and apathy. I've lived in Lafayette since 1975. I married and raised a daughter and consider this home. I attended USL (yes, USL). Other than putting up with the LSU hate and disrespect from 90% of the UL-Lafayette fan base that I encounter, there is no other city I would consider living in as far as the state of Louisiana. The truth is, I don't care about UL-Lafayette athletics. (I don't hate them, I just don't care). I just wish the majority of their fan base, who pulls against LSU no matter what sport, would reciprocate and not care about LSU. It would just make my life easier. But I've learned, it comes with the territory of being an LSU fan living in Lafayette.

The majority of our fan base pulls against LSU? Holy anecdotal evidence Batman. I believe you're projecting the very small and vocal group of message board posters as an entire fan base. A mistake most message board posters make.

For every 50 USL fans I have met that cheer heavily against LSU, I've met 1 that might occasionally cheer for LSU. And that's a fact, jack.
