yeah I've seen them. I haven't look at their ball park dimensions but I figured they have a small park.

Great pitchers have good outings about 4 out of every 5 times.

also 1 team has beat Nola all year and well it would be more like stanek kept the game tied then nola was taken out and the pen lost the game.

I don't think ULL beats our best pitcher, they may keep it tied and beat us when we have to take out nola but no way Nola losses his first game to ULL.

maybe I'm to confident but I like to be positive.

Their park is literally the same size as ours.

Maybe the next excuse will be that the ball flies through the air differently in Lafayette

That's about right, but it can happen.

Mainieri runs a tight ship but IMO if there was even a little doubt that suspending Glenn for this regional would result in lsu being eliminated then Glenn would be on the active roster. That's how good this team and pitching staff are and CPM obviously knows it.

I think the great Skip Bertman once said 4 out of 5

yes it can happen, F Jackson state could beat us. I just think we need to have confidence in our team and don't freak out because we lost one player over maybe a weekend.

If Eades was going to start Friday no matter what then Glenn would either pitch to save our lives or pitch to make us 3-0. Its not like Glenn is the difference in winning this or not winning it. We may go 3-1 instead of 3-0 because Glenn can't pitch.

Yea, all it takes is LSU to come out flat and ULL playing like they never did before. Let's be realistic though...the chances of that happening are very slim. LSU is one of the few powerhouse baseball teams in the country right now with very few weaknesses. Defense, starting pitching, bullpen and hitting. ULL is solid but they can't come close to claiming the same.

Has anyone beat the shite out of LSU this year? Name one loss where it didn't take the team every possible miracle to fall their way? Even our only series loss to SC was just bullshite luck. I remember we were smashing the ball in that third game and nothing would fall in the gaps.

LSU knows the importance of the regionals and every game in the regionals. We won't come out and play flat. We would loose a game because it was one of those games we hit everything but it goes right at people, and they get cheep hits and score 5 runs. If anything bounces our way this weekend we win.

I read that Newman "replaced" Glenn on the roster for regionals.

How can that possibly be true? Were they seriously not going to have Newman on the roster before this suspension?

What, the, frick
