In what rational world is Jabbar Juluke abbreviated as JL?

I swear Ponamsky reads TD. The coaching hires have eerily followed the majority opinion here

Maybe Ponamsky is the source on here?

I've heard Aleva and Krzyzewski were buddies. Is he trying to get him to come to LSU as special teams coach?

Was hoping it had to do with a new basketball coach. Aren't we good with the football staff? What openings are left?

Even though Canada is supposed to be a QB guru, we could possibly bring someone in specifically to coach QBs so that Canada doesn't have to spend all of his time doing that

son, you make an organization great by utilizing the talents of the individuals according to their strengths. you leverage your coaching talent so everyone is doing what they are good at; ergo the sum is more than the individual parts. ignoring this time tested management principle is foolish and will contribute to failure.

I have a business degree from LSU and almost 40 years of experience. you have just learned an important lesson at no charge. free.

Johnson would be much better than Craig. I don't think Craig is a great fundamentals WR coach.
He's not. You can see the weak/mediocre WR performance on the field; here and at Auburn.

He can recruit, but imo, is not an SEC Caliber WR coach when it comes to player development...........

It was a thread last night that got deleted pretty quickly. Someone asked if CJ could coach Running backs and it was hinted that he's being seriously considered as an addition to the staff

If it's CJ, and a coach has to leave, then that would be J.J. C.J. would give the staff the n.o. connection making J.J. dispensable. R.B. coach isn't complicated.

Why CJ for rb coach? Just for name recognition and recruiting purposes? He's a receiver coach, so that move doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Would assume Craig is either leaving or changing titles.

He's coming on staff after NSD. From what I gather it could be addition without subtraction with new coach approval. I'm not sure on that but it seems he will be here.

So CJ is coming and Craig is staying on staff? Is that what we are hearing? Also any word on the ST position?

I don't remember who started it, but a couple of the known insiders indicated it's likely CJ will be joining staff after signing day. There was no real talk of what that meant for anyone else on staff though

I would hope we could keep Craig to learn under Canada for a few years. The way Canada's career is trending, he should be getting serious offers as a HC soon. (Or at least NFL OC offers) If he is only here for a year or two, it would be great to have Craig as the OC in waiting.

I do. JJ won't be replaced with CJ.

based on what/who? It may turn out that he is legit, but it's too early to say for sure.
