Yes.

Coach Ed Orgeron is the first person I think of when the word Professionalism is spoken.

I mean...

I just watched the clip, and they both look a bit like jackasses to me.

That was a very petty thing to do.

man how much does Oliver wish he had not followed his brother to Houston.

Maybe Oliver is a huge arse in the locker room and not coachable at all. Maybe Applewhite feels like he is milking it and being bum. Maybe Oliver being a bum is effecting effort from other players.

regardless....perception of Applewhite is awful. If he was that mad do not even allow him on the sideline. Could have handled it way better.

I have no idea why one of the best players in program history wearing a jacket on the sideline would make you want to pull it off him on national tv. Bad look.

Both acted like childish bitches. just a hunch but I doubt that really had anything to do with a jacket. Had more to do with Oliver bailing on his team.

Wow. Some of you dumbfricks just can't stand coach O for some reason or another. That's what makes his success even more enjoyable, bc we get to watch you figs squirm. Awesome.

Feel better now?

can 100% say. Saban, Dabo etc... Would not give a damn about who is wearing a jacket.

I can say 100% that a player wouldn’t dare doing what Oliver did to Nick Saban. The jacket wouldn’t have even been worn.

As they say, Nick Saban would cut off his head and shite down his neck. If anyone has paid attention to Nick Saban for, oh, I don't know, the last 18 years, I do not know how ANYONE could ever assert that he or Dabo would ignore something like this and just coach (verb.)

This is part of coaching, as well.

It was explained that Applewhite has rules. The equipment guy asked for the jacket, Oliver refused, Applewhite took it. End of story. The moral is follow the rules!! Did Ed Oliver play for LSU? No, then who cares.....

Figure of speech. Princess.

But also if you wanna be a tough guy, be a tough guy.

So the equipment manager approached the head coach.

Yea Saban would have went in on him and would have probably got fired on the spot for bringing that shite to him.

It’s an NCAA rule.If you want to quit on your team, bring your own jacket. Leave them for the guys who want to play for each other

I can 100% say Saban would rip his fricking head off for acting like that.

Yeah the same way he ripped his players head off for almost fighting one of his coaches on the sideline during the national championship against Georgia a few months ago.... just like that right?

That's why you couldn't be a Pee Wee league coach. They would walk all over your arse.
