Willie called and said he’s proud of LSU’s running game and that LSU can win running it and short passes. O agreed that LSU will run the ball and it’s the key to winning and resting the defense.

“On fourth down, we need to call the plays better, to be honest with you. We have some great receivers out there. We don't need to throw the ball to a freshman running back. There should've been a better play call out there. So I take responsibility for that."
