He just beat us with a team that didn't beat us in over a decade. how's that for proof?
Yea cuz that was your typical run-of-mill-ho-hum game right?
And so what he did with TAM this one year proves without a shadow of a doubt that he would have succeeded here?
Who'se deviating from rational thought now?
We did win more games than them ya know....with O!

Bc we are excited about direction of the program.
I’m truly sorry that causes you to have your period.
There's no period having on my part.
You guys just come off as really desperate for some reason.
If you think the head coach has the goods to get the job done you shouldn't have to keep repeating it over and over. Let his results speak for themselves.

And I'm still not convinced Jumbo would have been successful here.....just like I still think TAM will regret that $75 million deal they made with him
I have no doubt that aTm will come to regret that deal.
Jethro would've done well here if the original deal had gone through. After the debacle with Les being allowed to come back and being fired midseason it pretty much assured a dumpster fire in trying to get a new coach. FKing is responsible for the state of the football program.

Right because the naysayers never repeat things over and over.

Swap Clemson and Miami on our schedules and recalculate
Plus, he was in year 1 taking over from Sumlin.
O was in year 2.5 after being on staff for four full seasons.

We fired Les to have time to find a coach.
The debacle was pretty avoidable if Alleva doesn’t fall in love with O and rush to beat Texas to the podium.

Why are you worried about what the "naysayers" do?
Do you have a mind of your own or not?

In year one he beat a team that was established and frankly had more talent

Not me.

Year one of rebuilding a team that we hadn't lost to since they joined the conference and was soft as Charmin. Yea man, we definitely shouldn't worry about them.

We were led to believe the midseason firing was to ensure we had time to make the right hire.
How else could our clueless AD justify firing an NC winning coach in September after two last second road losses to teams that would spend the better part of the year in the top 10??
Surely not because he knew the rest of the schedule presented a slate of teams we could surely run all over so the coach could win back the fans and media, kind of like O did??

That was happening under miles too
Miles was more of a running game kind of guy.
Anybody that says that the offensive line didn't get abused in 2018 either didn't watch the games or is blind as a bat.
The line just wasn't good. For the poster saying a better offensive coordinator could've stepped in before the season started and would've had the team in the CFP as I said before you are delusional.

Now was it talent or coaching/scheme?
How were we able to dominate UGA while simultaneously get pushed around by Southeastern? Very obviously the scheme is the issue. Unless you'd like to make the argument that Southeastern is more talented than LSU.

Well shite, I sure wish our HC, OC, or OL coach would have done something about that

No I like to make the argument that our right tackle was getting abused by their defensive end all game long.
You're free to make whatever nonsensical argument that you usually make.

Jesus, are yall about to do this same old back and forth for another 70 pages?

Do you ever post anything that makes any sense whatsoever?
You are in some kind of fantasy world and I can't have a normal conversation with you.

You can spend your time worrying about the big bad boogie man in College Station if you want.
We weren't going to beat them forever you know. I mean, I hope you can at least concede that considering that in the twelve years prior to our run....they beat us 8 out of 12 times...including 5 in a row. They're not a pushover...and they had plenty of help. Now, you wanna look at those facts as excuses....be my guest.

Awful lot of excuse making for the fact that Jimbo beat us in year one, yet you're not sure he;d have been good here with our resources and talent

And had zero help from our OC.
At no point did our OC ever call a called roll out.
He constantly put us in max protect when no other good teams are doing that. They handle pass rush by spreading you out and calling quick plays. Our oc handled it by putting burrow under center and running play action when no one respected our run game.
Anyone that says our oc didnt hinder the offense is blind as a bat. There are dozens of programs that could take the oline talent at lsu and field a competent offense.

The playcalling and scheme was worse.

This sounds like youre saying Ensminger is the best OC in cfb. Youre saying other OC'S couldnt have had better production with lsu's talent?
