Exactly. A less talented Auburn program doesnt have any trouble beating bama on a semi regular basis.

Sure there is. You eliminate 2016 because of the mess that it became and judge each coach on the full seasons that they've coached.
Even then Orgeron still has a slight edge and you don't have the convoluted mess of including 4 games for Miles and Orgeron's stint as interim head coach.

I think a lot of this is mental with both the coaches and the players. Bama's gotten too far in their heads. O should do like Wade does and have a sports psychiatrist on staff.

Some here are claiming Miles was fired bc he refused to change and improve the offense. He lied to his employer and the fan base.
Orgeron was hired and acknowledged LSU's major struggles in previous years on offense. He vowed to his boss and the fan base to bring a modern and highly productive offense with the best OC in the country running it.
Fast forward to current day...... The offense got worse while being ran by Miles former TE coach and Orgeron's 4 and 3 loss seasons respectively mirror his predecessor's.
Yet.... Miles was justly fired and Orgeron is crushing it. It's baffling to say the least.

I'm sorry, but if the powers-that-be lack trust and confidence in the HC enough to have to make his hires for him, then he shouldn't be the HC anymore. End of story.
