Scheme. Scheme. Scheme. You don't even realize you are agreeing that the coaching held us back last year.

Yes, wasted. He could have been doing what he's doing now if we weren't running the scheme we ran last year.

Not sure he'd be duplicating what he's doing now, but the guy went several games in a row without a passing TD. Thanks to the Texas A&M 7OT game plus bowl game he ended with 16 TD's on 58% completions. Given what he's doing now, I'd call that a waste of his obvious talent.

Did you watch the bowl game?

You mean the bowl game vs a AAC team?

yeah I watched out ELITE WRs run by 2-3* corner backs

Did we miss how bad our offense looked against Arkansas?
Thats game ws in November

We looked great against Ole Miss in week 5

its almost like we scored a lot of points on bad defenses.

Helped, absolutely. So did experience

Burrow would have set LSU records regardless.

But the newoffense has him in Heisman contention.

Lmao. And there it is, an idiot with no actual clue who is really calling the plays, but giving all credit to Brady and none to E, for the playcalling. Can't make this shite up. Priceless.

Who came up with all the stuff that the QB is executing at such a high level?
Not sure. Burrow's been running these schemes since he was in elementary school.

You're not of the opinion that Brady invented the Spread/RPO offense. Right? Or are you?

Guess he just forgot about them last year.

Easily. He was in 4th for seasonal passing yards and 2nd in total offense for a season last year. He improved dramatically at seasons end.

It helps when you play the 113th scoring defense int eh coutnry, a 7 OT game and school that gave up 41 to Memphis the game before

THe competition took a BIG step back

It if was an experience thing what the hell happened at Arkansas? Wht happened vs. Alabama?

This was a schematic issue

our offense didn't work unless we were just infinitely better than the other team.

He had 70 yards passing in the 7OTs. Had very little effect on his numbers.

How many LSU QBs threw for almost 400 in any game in LSU history?

You probably don't know but I'll let you google it.

How many LSU QBs have had over 3300 total yards in a season?

Wasted..

You think 7 OTs, playing exhausted, is an easy gig? Burrow EARNED every point & every yard (70) in those OTs

Without those yards he only throws for 210 against A&M. That's 25% of his yards.

It doesn't fricking matter. He's clearly one of if not the best we have ever had. He was wasted last year with a garbage scheme.

I think if we had Brady last season that it would have been an 11-1 team and in the playoff discussion.
