and the changes on defense aren't relevant to this conversation
And Wilson stayed. If Wilson wasn't valued, Day would have canned him too.

Still, he wasn't that highly recruited by Urban for some reason. Tom herman recruioted him and developed him.

Again
1) wilson never ran a terrible offense on his own. E has
2) Day went and hired Yurcich to coach QBs, and be PGC. not a huge vote of confidence for Wilson.
3) DAY is still the one running the offense so it doesn't really matter.

So what's your point?
Give E a big raise? Fire him? Keep things as they are?
What's the point of all your rhetoric? Do you even HAVE a point?

Lmao. That Brady suggests. You guys are hilarious. Comical actually. But, I'm the bad guy for giving E credit too for this offense. Btw, the person most responsible for the success is burrow
Totally concur, reasonable.... He is the bottom line. We'll see next year how good Brady is when he'll probably just have an average quarterback to work with. I like Brady, but we'll see.

No point really, just talking. Sports yelling.
We definitely don't need to fire E at this point.
I think we need to do whatever it takes to keep Brady around. If that means demoting E so be it, but I really don't think that will be necessary.
Although someone threw out some numbers for pay raises and it hurts my heart to see E at 1.4 and Brady at 1.2

we saw what E did on his own with an above average QB.

Day fired almost all of Meyer's coaches EXCEPT Wilson. That should tell you something about Wilson's value.
That isn't correct...All the offensive staff were maintained, except Zach Smith, and they replaced him with one of the best, Brian Hartline....It was the entire defensive staff, except larry Johnson, that was let go.

What are the odds that two guys that found the board this month agree with each other...

That's right, I stand corrected... So it was Tim Beck,
Who was terrible, and then Ryan Day, who Meyer called his
best assistant ever.

All true Todd, except Wilson was never a quarterback coach.
He is a TE coach....His offenses wherever he has been (OKLA> and Indiana) have been extremely orolific.

Great. So there are five new coaches on a staff of eleven (seven new ones, technically).
Yurich, Washington, Barnes, Mattison, and Hafley are new - Hartline and Day got promotions.
My point is that Day wasn't bashful about firing established coaches. And if Day didn't value Wilson, he'd have been fired.

No he is doing a public service...trolling the trolls. It is brilliant and actually very entertaining.

Now...do we also need to start listing EVERYONE involved, from Burrow on down under Brady who should ALSO get credit for this year's success so as not to leave anyone out? At what point can we stop...groundskeeper, towel attendant? While true it's all a "team" effort, can we not admit that there are more important members of each team, and acknowledging that should not be an issue? You guys are KIND Of starting to sound like the kind of guys that advocate for participation trophies. It REALLY IS ok to point to a guy that's doing an especially good job and acknowledge that without having to hand out gold stars to EVERYONE else in class so as not to hurt their feelings. Well...at least it used to.
Apparently you missed the point so badly I don't know where to start. Deductive reasoning is just not one of your strong suites.

What..and who are the "trolls". I don't pay enough attention to names on here. All I do is comment on someones post and reply to people in a non-abrasive polite way.

You actually completely misread what I was writing. Apparently your comprehension of logic is on an earthworm level or you are being obtuse on purpose which is fav trick for Negatigers. You don't understand team. They all get equal amount of credit and that is how it going to go down whether you like it or not.

Yes, he isn't an offensive minded HC and IMO Ensminger is an average at best coordinator. Like I said, we will see next year how good Joe Brady really is.
