Why are you arguing with obvious agenda driven trolls? Rational, intelligent people already get it.

Any of the resident "O bashers" say that the man is stupid here?

Yes. Well, no.

Someone questioned whether or not he was a genius (see thread title), so that means that they think he's an idiot. There can only be a binary answer for this question, you know.

How in the frick are you still wanting to argue with me despite the fact that all you're doing is rewording precisely what I've just written and then pretending I was wrong!

It's fascinating seeing people take what is actually said and twisting into what they want to be said so that they can yell nega and basher as loud as possible.

Wonderful!!!

We're all in agreement that this offense would NOT have happened without the important contributions of Orgeron and Ensminger.

And that O & E hired the right guy in Brady (who has done an exemplary job).

You should be asking why he's arguing with a guy who has literally written almost exactly what he just wrote, but for someone reason STILL wants to act like I'm wrong.

Talk about agendas...

Literally the only new Offensive coach is Mike Yurcich who is the new QB PGC and used to be the OC at Oklahoma State.

Literally Day's old job.

Appreciate the admission that you have no answer and were just acting like an a-hole.

Ever notice how you never actually respond to what someone says and instead just sling some insult their way?

In this case, he didn't even bother to twist it...he just reworded it slightly and then acted like he set me straight.

Well...I'm not going to be up to writing this kind of material, if that's what you mean.

I was against the hiring process that led to O. Obviously was hoping for the best when we hired him as his resume did not equal the lsu hc job. Dude has absolutely killed it. Done a fantastic job. Anyone that is still downvoting and being negative towards him needs to quit worrying about being right and support him at this point. Jmo.

This is exactly what everyone in this thread has been saying since page 1.

He filled a job that O and E determined needed to be done. If a marketing exec hires a programmer who implements a website that works great, that doesn't make the exec an idiot. Just means he made a good hire.

Lets us that metaphore

What happened was the Marketing Exec (O) hired a programmer (E) and they implemented a website with a million bugs.

So the Marketing exec (E) and the first programmer (E) decide they need to hire a secod programmer (Brady) to fix the website, and he ends up making a whole new website that works really well.

So if youre judging that marketing exec's hires, he made a good one, the second programmer. He also made a bad one, the first programmer. Because when your hire someone to do a job, you expect them to do it well and not to need you to hire a second person to do their job.

Correct...and those contributions were admitting that they could not get it done on their own, so they went and found a guy that could. And so far, his scheme and the job he's done has directly resulted in your boy lighting up SEC defenses and has LSU's offense at the top of the college football world.

Agreement is great!

So you're saying Ryan Day "literally" replaced only 2 coaches from Meyer's staff. lol

On offense he replaced 1, himself. Thats why i said "the only new offensive coach" and not "the only new coach"

and the changes on defense aren't relevant to this conversation.

I don't buy that Burrow was a complete unknown. He was not on our recruiting radar being in OH, but was a 4 star QB playing in a good football state in high school. Top-10 rated dual threat QB in the country. People knew he had talent. Definitely glad we got him.

No, he sure wasn't a complete unknown in hs….. good solid resume from a small hs in Appalachian SW Ohio. But, that's it, small school with below average Div. 1 talent. But, if you look at hios film from hs it was incredible. 54 passing td's with 1 interception. Still, he wasn't that highly recruited by Urban for some reason. Tom herman recruioted him and developed him.
