Coach said that Traore and Rosenthal had improved a lot, maybe they beat Charles out.

Not sure if people remember what Vol actually said, but he said a starter would be suspended and it would be the multigame variety and then numb nuts here immediately took it to weed and Charles being out for several games
I don't doubt that some people on here know some people, but the comments were extremely vague about a common occurrence, hell, there has been a player suspended since the start of camp
I've seen other posters on here claiming sources get eviscerated for vague news
Explayer chose not to follow along and immediately believe Vol, though he may have been obnoxious about it, I agree that it's better to wait and see

My take:

He failed another drug test and has to sit out 4 games (3rd offense), but we get to choose which 4 games the same way we got to choose which game last year

Now O's comments to me, specifically sound like either...
1. Minor injury that could be aggravated if he played, while an extra week of rest would make it better. Minor enough he could play if needed, but doesn't want to disclose that because it could be exploited on the field if it was known by the opponent
Equally plausible and equally vague as what Vol said
Or
2. Very minor team violation that O will punish by holding him out but really won't if things get too close. Which is not what Vol said and is also still vague.
But O's comments do not lend to compliance stomping in and yelling and multigames for a few players.
Just my opinion, but I think number 1, otherwise, why would he practice with 3rd string one day and not practice the next?
