If this happens after the A&M game with all that has gone on, it will be a classic. I have no idea what he will say. I suspect it will be one of the best final press conferences for a head coach ever.

He's going to cry and everyone will feel bad for him. Les is an emotional guy and he truly loves LSU and Louisiana. It's going to be heartbreaking.

it is only his fault that this is going to end heartbreaking for him. He had a nice easy retirement route given to him. Instead he has been stubborn forcing Joe to fire him for having the most embarrassing stretch since 1966

I wonder if 48 hours later when FSU announces a 3 year/10 gajillion dollar extentsion for Jimbo, if Alleva will sit in the same chair Les did and announce his..um.. retirement.

oh my god, this dude definitely cried watching titanic.

Put me in the crowd that doesn't feel sorry for a dude that's about to get $15m on top of the $30m plus that's he's earned during his tenure.

Without a doubt. It'll be a sad press conference but it's necessary and I wish the best for Les in the future. I don't hate the man at all and love the great character he's shown while leading this program but it's in the programs best interest to move on.

If he fricks up this hire, he will also probably be on his way out.

Community support.

I would like to volunteer and bring a couple of hundred people with boxes to his house, and the community help this dipshit pack.

Then get the state police to set up the game night CONTRA FLOW traffic system from MILES HOUSE all the way to the Texas Border, because Strong is headed to Miami and Texas will want Miles.

Both Problems fixed systematically and efficiently

Honest question...Would you label your statement as opinion, rumor, or reliably sourced?...If the later, what's your confidence level of it's accuracy?
