Coach had a good night

He went with Hilliard who delivered.
He used a front line pitcher in Rez even though we were down 2-1 and tgry had two on and no outs. He didn’t throw in the towel.
He brought in Cooper to mow down those lefties.
He pinched ran for Trevinski.
He pinched for Gio.
Both moves worked.
Brought in Gervace who was lights out.

Some good decisions, but it is inexcusable to allow stolen bases the way we did tonight. It looked like little league out there.

I thought there were only 2 stolen bases both came with runners on third.

Some of those shifts negated regular double plays. There need to be a balance with that.

When Hilliard took us deep, I thought the coach hit the right button.
When he inserted Rez I was hesitant. Right then I thought the coach still thought we could win that game. Coope going in was the only play. He had to use his lefty. The pinch runner was a no brained. I questioned Stevenson for Gio.
