What if they are actual fans and just believe Les Miles is a slightly better than average coach?

you are the type this was directed at. saying that lee doesn't have talent may be the dumbest statement i've ever heard on the rant.

They are the best fans. They are less annoying.

you still fail moron. lee has a rocket arm that suffered through a year in which he had to learn a painful lesson in sec football. he showed flashes of brilliance. the problem is most people only remember the int. and bone headed mistakes he made.

Short answer: roughly half of our fanbase watches games while roaring drunk and yet are convinced this makes them some kind of expert on tactics and strategy.

No, you said, "completely agree, he is the worst qb we could ever have or had."

And he does have the talent, just did not have the experience/mental game. He made some great throws. Yes, he also made some really bad one. Kind a like a freshman?

Not at all...that pretty much describes the 'average' CFB fan, period! Tigah fans tend to be more informed (we think, anyway) and certainly more passionate. I don't mind sitting next to these folks, however, because it's fun helping to educate them. Now and then, one of them will get 'IT' and you can see the light go on....voila, another die-hard.

On the other hand its fans like you that think he is the next best thing

People like this give me a headache. They are so unbelievably closed minded, it's ridiculous and there's no choice else but to think they are clueless.

I'm not saying that Lee is going to be the greatest QB ever at LSU, but to think he won't improve is just stubborn and unfair. The kid was a RS freshman. Ridiculous expectations has caused the respect from to be basically non-existent. Like I said, completely unfair. Especially after only one year behind center. People act as if there's no possible way he would improve. It's frustrating to read.

One guy told me at the store last year that Lee just needed more experience. This was after 10 games.
