Closer look at the Nike pro combat unis

Aren't they just regular uniforms, but just adding full length socks and sleeved under armour underneath the pads?

LSU's uniforms look like they belong to University of Washington. Our helmets are the same type of gold as Washington's.

And TCUs pants are even worse.

Maybe Udub's old gold imitated LSU's and then LSU's changed theirs. I dont know, and am not going to pretend to care. The point is that some people should know that the helmet is a throwback helmet imitation using LSU's old colors, and has nothing to do with the Univerisity of Washington.

the description by LSU does say that the unis will have a "throwback element"

and the helmet is the only element that looks remotely like a throwback


that, and other teams doing this appear to have throwback helmets as well
