WOW it's almost as if Mother Nature is waiting for the LSU game to start

The other THREE 1st Round Games will NOT be delayed

I would fully support a short rain delay with a start at 7pm......since my son is getting married and the service is at 6pm.

They gave us the date more than a year ago. The first thing I did was check the CWS schedule. Ok, so many things needed to happen for this to a be a problem, but for the last year, I worried about it. I knew when our super regional started last Saturday I was likely doomed.

You have got to be fricking kidding me. Holy moly what in the world did LSU baseball do this year to piss off Mother Nature this bad?

The rain has been like a nagging tormenting horsefly that won’t stop following the team everywhere they go all year.

I don’t think the CWS will be as severe with the delays. Hopefully none of this delaying 5 hours because of a storm that might come into the area.

You raised him wrong. My wife and me got married June 24th. We made sure, collectively, to hold our wedding outside of any conflict with LSU athletics.

Got married last October (bye week)
We would rather take out chances with a football weekend if we couldn’t get the bye week than missing any part of the CWS

No wedding service should take a full hour to complete. You should be at the reception or at least on the way there (if at different location than wedding ceremony) before the first pitch.

We'll be good. It's not a Catholic wedding. The service will last less than 30 minutes and the reception is on the same piece of property.
