I would say the same about Alvin Kamara before he signed his last contract. Now, he only gives 100% about 50% of the time.

He reminds me of chiefs tightend but faster. Cincy with joe is building a very good team

and CJ disappears for the rest of the season... I've never heard of him and he has been in the league since 2015? Had no idea he played for Auburn.

Is burrow still on pace to break the all time sack record? That's how you lose your HOF QB...

Burrow making the cincy line look better than it actually is with that unreal pocket awareness . Even with a reconstructed knee.

They still need to address their OL issues. Too many people touching JB.

I am pretty sure he went to Auburn. Hope Burrow and Chase jab him.

I've been subscribing/following the Bengals on various youtube channels since before the draft and Uzomah has always had high praise for Joe.

He talks as if he were a rookie would joining a team with a future HOF QB and is in bewildered awe daily.

Uzomah seems like a great teammate/positive locker-room guy. And knowing the work he also put into his injury rehab, I'm happy he's blossoming and the team seems stoked for him, too.

Chase really does have that weird look to his game where it seems like he’s not really giving it 100% but he’s better/faster than the opponent. Dudes just so smooth. Looks like he’s almost playing at practice speed

Boutte has that same quality

No. Boutte is fast and looks fast. He is quicker than Chase, too. Chase's advantage over Boutte is his strength. On most of Chase's long TDs, he suddenly separates from the defender. That is not due to speed; it's due to Chase giving a "nudge" to the defender that is effortless to Chase, so it doesn't get called as offensive pass interference, but it is so disruptive to the DB that he is often stumbling afterwards.

Regardless of how it works out people who wanted a tackle to protect the franchise because he was destroyed last year are not “idiots.”

They are not idiots for wanting a tackle, but they ARE idiots if they still wanted a tackle when Chase was available. There has never been a tackle as valuable as Chase.

I love the Saints, but I've never had so much fun watching another team in the league and that's all thanks to Burrow and Chase! Who Dat, Who Dey ... i'll roll with both

If Cincy had the Saint's OL, they'd be super bowl contenders.

This!

Chase reminds me of Deandre Hopkins. Always has from the first time I saw him play. Chase is the only college kid that had me buying his memorabilia.
He has always impressed me. His abilities are off the charts. He is already just running by NFL corners and he makes it look so easy. He can attack the entire field without any special scheme's from the coaching staff.

We may be looking at the next really special wide out.

Add to that Chase is tough as hell to tackle. He’s an absolute beast.

I’m gonna post this here on your all’s board because if I posted it on MSB someone would take offense

Saw this on Twitter, Burrows PFF grade in week 1 and 2 was an average of 69.9, 21st in the NFL.

His grade in weeks 3 and 4 are an average of 91.9, which is 1st in the NFL.

A gm passing on Chase for an ol would be idiotic, therefore, the use of the term "idiots" is appropriate here. But you go ahead and keep carrying water for the numb nuts that advocated that.

I agree that Cincinnati looked like a team finding its identity and its groove. Like a 2018 LSU team almost.

If they have a good draft and a good offseason they’ll be a legitimate threat. Maybe something will even materialize for them this season as well.

Chase definitely has "it" at the WR position. There was a play last night where he really impressed Aikman on the call, too. Troy was like "The DB had outside leverage and Chase still gets open and gets to the ball." I think if Burrow and Chase remain teammates for the long haul they'll both head to Canton when they're done.
