I don’t want to bag on the kid because he is very talented. But he really isn’t LSU wr material! His dad was doing all that complaining about his son not playing enough just for his son to shite the bed on every opportunity he gets. I remember in the beginning of the season when we wanted chris Hilton over lacy boy were we wrong!!!!

INB4 this gets anchored or deleted, but I think you're wrong about Hilton. He's had injuries that have slowed his development, but he'll get 1st team reps with Nuss next season and will prove to be a very good WR.

Lacy shite the bed a few times too. Sometimes guys battle inconsistency and then it clicks.

You better get used to him because he'll be our most experienced WR entering next season.

If there's a good WR to be had sure, but there is a lot of talent on our roster for next season. The only issue is experience. Sampson, Brown, Hilton, Lacy (if he returns) can make a really good core group of WRs. Pimpton will likely play the WR/TE hybrid role as well.

He just needs a little Jugs machine love.

Dude got open, just couldnt complete the play.

He'll be fine and if not, Sampson/Brown and company can earn their stars.

Hilton will be fine. Lacy and Dwayne Bowe are 2 other examples of WR that came back from bad performances to become solid WR. He may not still be 100%. Did see BK yelling at him to get off the field after that less than aggressive effort to catch a pass last game. Not a good look.

With his build and natural athleticism he feels like someone that could make the switch to CB

I believe Hilton will be a good WR before he leaves LSU. Just needs an offseason of 10,000 catches. He will be fine.

Maybe because he isn’t producing ? LSU fans obsession with Louisiana guys that aren’t producing blows my mind. KID CANT CATCH!!

Yeah we will see about that next year when Malik & Brian are gone and you have Chris Hilton leaping for balls he doesn’t have to leap for and dropping them. You don’t know football, your just want him to be good because his ranking coming out of high school casual!
