He’s still in college so he’s still dealing with NIL. He’s just a giant douche and knew he couldn’t turn the program around and left before he got fired.

He did a pretty good job at UCLA. He was walking on eggshells and wanted to get out before getting fired. Easy OC job to take a couple years before going back to be a HC at a better program.

Pretty sure UCLA was forcing him out. Rumors of him being fired back last year, I don’t really get it. I think he did a good job there

i dont think UCLA was giving him the resources and he has to travel across the nation as a HC now. easier to just be OC

UCLA was not giving him what he needed. This is a step up for him which will lead to a HC job that can give him the resources necessary to win.
