What does top 5 matter when if they are not developed or the evaluations were wrong? Over the last ten years, prior to Kelly who prefers recruiting his system guys and development, UCLA finished in the top 20 every year averaging in the low teens with one class in the top 7. That is more than enough to compete nationally and in the Pac 12. The problem was coaching which is why UCLA only finished in the top ten only once in that span despite sending more players to than NFL than all but a few programs. Kelly has a different method which is starting to pay dividends.

Kelly has not been a success at UCLA.

UCLA better win the fricking pac12 south this year or all of our melting on here is warranted.

I agree. And others in the Top 5 are Auburn last year, and Miss State and Troy in 2017. Four out of five of the worst losses ever in the O Regime. Not good

Kelly never had top 10 classes at Oregon. But he had Top 5 teams....sooooo.....
