This is a bad take. Name one mid level Pac 12 team over the last 20 years that look like they do? Or is as physical and well coached? This won't age well.

What does top 5 matter when if they are not developed or the evaluations were wrong? Over the last ten years, prior to Kelly who prefers recruiting his system guys and development, UCLA finished in the top 20 every year averaging in the low teens with one class in the top 7. That is more than enough to compete nationally and in the Pac 12. The problem was coaching which is why UCLA only finished in the top ten only once in that span despite sending more players to than NFL than all but a few programs. Kelly has a different method which is starting to pay dividends.
