We didn’t stand by Wade. If we won’t stand behind our school/coaches/players then who will? Other teams, the media? frick all of them. The NCAA is a total paper tiger at this point and we gave them a reason to come after us.

Wade’s new school. He’ll be lucky to get a high school job. No university is going to take him now. Too much baggage. It’ll take time to rehab his name.

Ahhh yes. frick the school and players and program who have had to deal with this dark cloud over their heads for 3+ years now but not the coach who is to blame. I love Wade, and wish this never happened. But it did and for you to root against LSU or not support them because of this firing you’re a moron

Are you kidding? SMU, TCU or UT are going to take him either as a HC or assistant. Petino RUINED MULTIPLE programs by far worse and he is still coaching. Cal? Pearl, I can keep going. When Wade spills the beans on all of basketball, it’ll be over for the NCAA blue bloods.
Then there is NIL. It is perfectly legal to set up LLCs and use it to get recruits just like Ut and TAMU did in football this season.
La changed its law specifically for that reason.

Emailed the ticket office yesterday to cancel all of the my seasons tickets for all sports and emailed TAF to stop my recurring donations.
All said it’s about 10 grand I will be saving a year. I will move my donations to St. Jude an organization that can use the money more appropriately. The ticket money will go into my sons college fund. College athletics isn’t as fun for me since the NIL and transfer portal anyway.

Right, you can pay players 8 million dollars, but have to fire your coach over a few grand haha. LSU looks moronic. A&M just spent 30 million allegedly.
