Not really. We know what the charge is: Simple rape. We know what that entails. He didn't force her. He didn't drug her.

Apparently you've never had this happen to you or anyone you know.

What facts could there be for you to blame this on Scott and not a stupid law that someone is taking advantage of?

It's similar to the fact that you can go to jail for statutory rape if an underage girl sneaks into a bar, lies about her age, and you sleep with her without knowing she's underage. So next time you meet a girl in a bar, check her ID make sure it's valid and she's of age and also check her blood alcohol content, otherwise you may go to jail the next day.

The frick its supposed to mean is that you have no idea what type of person he is, and you have no reason to think he would rape her as much as you think she would set him up. You've known him as a person in the spotlight for a few years and you can't say an ounce of bad about him. You said he screwed up his career so he could screw up his life... how exactly did he screw up his career?
