I wish I could confidently say BK would make offensive staff changes, but I don’t believe this. What I hope for:

1. BK takes over play calling and gets heavily involved on Oline Coaching

2. We install at least 5-6 plays under center with a few pass and runs to avoid predictability. Preferably with a FB or dual RB approach that allows Harlem Berry to play more without the burden of blocking.

3. Let Nuss heal and if he can’t make 90% of his normal throws play the backup in two weeks.

There will be no changes made. He likes this offense, he just needs them to execute better.

All about execution.

None of this is going to happen.
These issues have been evident all offseason and season so far. If changes were going to be made, they would have been made by now.

Many of these issues started last season…that’s the most frustrating part. They are just amplified because our Oline is worse and Nuss seemingly can’t make his throws.

There is actually a grain of truth in that. The question then becomes, why aren't they executing better?

BK doesn’t have the balls to sit Nuss when Nuss is consistently missing throw and throwing into triple coverage. Saban had the balls to sit Hurts and play TUA when Hurts was missing throws. TUA led them to victory against a mighty Georgia D. That’s why Saban is the GOAT!

They need to say goodBYE to Sloan during the BYE week and get Van Buren ready if Nuss doesn't improve. And Kyle Parker needs more playing time. Clearly.

I highly encourage everyone watch the Hannycast with Richard Dickson’s film breakdown. Every week, it’s the same thing. Missed assignments, whiffed blocks, bad reads, bad throws.

I truly don’t think its scheme or play design. That doesn’t absolve coaching because the other half of coaching is making sure your players can do what you’re asking.

I’m still a Nuss believer, but it’s under the context that he makes the throws he has made regularly in his career.

This year it’s been different, I believe it’s his knee and Oblique….which I feel is irresponsible.

If he is hurt play the backup….if he sucks that bad, then we aren’t in any different spot. I’m pretty sure we have had less than 10 sustained drive the past few games.

Need to move a lineman to TE.

Simplify run blocking.

Rotate two RBs

Continue to work with Nuss on decision making.

Remember when the media questioned the offensive line this past summer and BK told us he knows what a good line looks like and LSU has one?

That was the end of my support for this guy

Ole Miss has published the game plan to beat us; rush three, drop 8 into zone. There isn't much Nuss can do in that situation as a QB that can't run and will throw into coverage. So, with this oline, mvb is probably our only hope. But it won't happen. We'll continue to struggle all year and probably lose 4 games. Bk's idea of relying on D to win low scoring games because Oline stink just went out the window.

Or you develop a running, and screen game. Scheme some mismatches and quick route trees with numbers…..but Sloan continues to put we in predictable rtes.

Brad Davis needs to hit the road during the bye week. I'm so sick of watching our OL get no push or movement in the run game the past 5 years. He's been the problem but BK won't admit it because he recruits fairly well. Does no good if you can't get your group of 5 to move 3 D lineman off the ball. Playing OL is a mentality and it's quite obvious Davis doesn't get any of his guys to play the position correctly.

We must not believe our Oline can block, telling that we’ve even had to use Pyburn as a lead blocker.

It’s the BK version of Mile’s “want”.

Talk like Tarzan, results like Jane. But winningest active coach or whatever. BK is a joke. As is Nuss.

I’d really like for him to come into his Monday Presser with a short list of how he plans to make improvements….ultimately I know he probably wont share with the media, but I sure hope he has actionable plans for the bye week.
