Chance these 2 coaches agreed to having the 10 run rule in affect..

Per conference rules, 10 run rule goes into affect after 7 innings if agreed upon during ground rules prior to the start of the game.

They agreed to it when they showed up to the conference tournament. It's always in effect in Hoover.

The ground rules meeting was canceled due to the weather. The Florida AD is currently on the phone with Sankey though. He feels this game should be canceled because the amount of rain that dropped was similar to a hurricane.

I am pretty sure all conference tourney games have ten run rule in effect.

Not during tournament it is in effect every game except championship game
