BTW, thanks to everyone here who has been relaying links and info. It's been a great source all day while I'm at work so kudos everyone.
Also, once again I send my prayers to all involved.

I wonder if he would return to LSU and finish his degree this year
With the rehab he is looking at, it will be a full time job, and he probably would not any distractions from the rehab such as studying and attending class.

It was a joke in honor of the guy. A joke that the man himself would probably have laughed at if he could read it in his hospital bed.
Take the holier-than-thou attitude to some Ole Miss board and be miserable with them.
There's also a time to just STFU and not be such a little bitch. Preferably now.

Don't think they took the time to do a blood test or got him to blow. It will all come out, right now I don't see where it matters.

doubt that. if they were doing surgery and he was having massive blood loss, alcohol levels in his blood would be a very important thing to know

Also, apparently alcohol may be involved in the accident. Pray for Chad and remember not to drink and drive.
If that's the case, does tiger nation unsend their prayers?

Please keep any speculation as to the cause of the accident, legal or illegal, to a minimum. Last thing we need is to have a bunch of rumors floating around because some idiot read it on the rant.
Thanks

USA Today reports... LINK
"Jones, 21, suffered a fractured left leg and had arteries and nerves exposed, officials told WWL-TV, as he slammed his SUV into a streetcar pole on North Carrollton Avenue, heading towards Canal Street in downtown New Orleans.
The officials also said doctors were attempting to get blood flowing back to the foot of the New York Giants' third-round draft choice. He was listed in critical condition and was in surgery at 10:15 a.m."

fyi, USA Today and The Advertiser, etc. will likely have the same story, however USA Today may be a bit delayed... same corporation owns them along with several other US papers, therefore you can check any of them. Just to give everyone more options when looking for information
