CFB Pick'em News: Three-way tie for first...Bowl Pick'em is OPEN for picks...

Down the stretch, MasterofTigerBait let off the gas enough to let hg and amg025 catch up to him...now we have a three-way tie for first place. So what do we do next?

All three will claim a portion of the first place prize...which is a gift card to Amazon.com. However, there will be a bonus prize for the one of the three that has the highest Bowl Pick'em record.

Additionally, I want to recognize pistolpete23 for having the best pick %...his pick % of 66.87% (111-55) was just better than the 66.11% (119-61) put up by MasterofTigerBait, hg and amg025...and he will win a prize for his efforts.

It truly was a great CFB Pick'em contest. You have to feel for MasterofTigerBait, who could have had Pick'em immortality all to himself, but instead has to share the glory. There are lessons to be learned.

Special shoutouts to past champions, TedSticles...two-time champion, in back to back years (2012 and 2013)...could only muster 258th place this year. Things got hairy in week 2 for TedStickles, and he drooped in the rankings all year.

Crowd-favorite GoldenBoy had a nice run at the end, but fell flat in the last week to finish the season ranked 189th. An awful stretch from week 7 to week 11 did him in.
