Notice the berms down each line...that's one thing LSU definitely missed the boat on. Wherever those are, they seem to be very popular, as people love to relax on the grass. Much better than those ugly, uncomfortable bleachers. And get the bullpens off the field.

The foul territory looks enormous, almost as wide as the Oakland Coliseum, where the A's play.

The first pic everyone keeps showing with picnic tables in outfield is the renovations to be done. That is not how the stadium looks yet.

That and the outfield bullpen are sweet.

I think just on the other side of the tree line beyond the fence is ocean. But for a small school I think it looks like a great little college venue. I mean compare that to a school the size of UCLA. I think that stadium seats like 300 people.

Thats great if you can't sellout your stadium, but LSU needs bleachers because for big games they sellout every one of those spots.

Nice way to incorporate a "batter's eye" into the outfield wall. Wish the Box had a similarly designed structure. Is it just my eyes fooling me or does their centerfield wall actually taper down in height?

Rally Possum, that's the net hampering your view of the entire wall. It's uniform height.

PS - had to look up what the Rally Possum was about. Hilarious. Especially when it hissed at the Razorback OF

About 10 miles or so past that tree line.
