LSU

The Tigers will win the national title: LSU shocked the college football world in coach Brian Kelly's first season as Tigers coach when they made a run to the SEC West championship. Was that an aberration? Of course not. The combination of Kelly's coaching prowess, a Heisman Trophy-caliber quarterback in Jayden Daniels and a defense that is loaded with talent will transform the Tigers from a cute little story into a budding dynasty that will begin in 2023 when they win the College Football Playoff National Championship in nearby Houston.

Houston is the second biggest alumni base for LSU. Would be a glorious time to win it all a few hours away

Based on experience, this team should be a title contender.

Exactly. The pieces of the historic path to the NC are coming together.

Odd year schedule? Check
Experienced 4+ year starting QB? Check
Tons of returning talent? Check
Marquee early non-conf. opponent to set the tone for the season? Check (07 - VT; 11 - Oregon; 19 - Texas)

Perhaps most exciting is that for the first time ever you are coupling all of that with a HC who has made it almost to the top of the summit multiple times before with other programs. The one thing holding him back in those times is there were more talented teams waiting for him at the summit. That won't be the case now.

A winning HC now has the talent he needs to reach the top. THIS is the season for which Kelly left ND to come to LSU. Let the party begin!

But I thought we only go to NC games when they are in New Orleans?
