CBS Sports unveils way-too-early top 25 for 2018
18) LSU Tigers
From CBS Sports’ Dennis Dodd: “With the world's first (college) .5 million offensive coordinator, familiar pressure returns to Baton Rouge. Coach O did a nice job of rescuing the season after the Troy loss. He gets Alabama and Georgia at home. But let's get serious, for that money Dave Aranda better develop a Heisman quarterback and score 45 a game.

Dave has a better chance at developing a heisman qb than Ensminger

Between these jackoffs, T-bob and Mascona I feel like I’m in the wrong business. Bunch of clowns.

That's Dodd for ya...

I remember frequenting the CBS boards around 2002 before the SEC went on it's BCS run. It was incredible to witness the heavy west coast bias coupled with their ignorance of any programs not in the PAC 10.

Dodd was the worst. It was like giving a bullhorn to a complete idiot at times.

Those idiots would fit right in with the "know it all" fan base on the Rant.

You do not need a Heisman QB as there is only one of them and this year it was a Walk On.

Truth. Just a regular QB with good oline will do when you don't have a fricking moron coaching them (or interfering with their coaching)

whoever linked it from 247 is to blame. The Dodd article does not say that. It shows bots that change real articles are to blame for so much crap people see today...

Below is what is in the Dodd article. to saying Dodd is a great journalist, but the idiot from 247 should be to blame not Dodd

"With the world's first (college) .5 million offensive coordinator, familiar pressure returns to Baton Rouge. Coach O did a nice job of rescuing the season after the Troy loss. He gets Alabama and Georgia at home. But let's get serious, for that money Steve Ensminger better develop a Heisman quarterback and score 45 a game."

2.5 million offensive coordinator

This part was excusable as a brain fart. Until this:

But let's get serious, for that money Dave Aranda better develop a Heisman quarterback and score 45 a game.

If anyone is capable of beating Bama and Georgia at home, it's Aranda. He'll have Brennan AND Narcisse full primed to turn in stellar performances.
